I’m in the business of reselling shared hosting, and PowWeb has been excellent. Performance is A+ with their cutting edge hardware and due to their very solid infrastructure my customer’s sites can handle large data loads for long intervals. I’ve yet to receive a complaint about speed or downtime, and I haven’t had any myself on my own sites either. A reliable host is definitely a big factor when people are looking for hosting, I want to give my customers the best and PowWeb lets me do just that. PowWeb offers me a great price, and that allows me resell for less, so my customers reap the benefits as well. I had one brief problem with some scripts but their online forums community was incredibly helpful and I was able to find the answer in one of their many informative threads. The entire incident came and went within a few hours. Some hosts take DAYS through email to even acknowledge your problem. Their customer help line is also top notch, a skilled technician will help you identify your problem and then walk you through the steps to solve it clearly and professionally.
